Meeting registration and hotel reservation

1、转账会务组与酒店就会议期间(2026年4月17-20日)住宿费用已经达成服务协议，皇冠假日酒店单间大床房和标间双床房房价均为450元/天(含早)，银峰饭店河景房258元/天（含早），银峰饭店城景房218元/天（含早）。

2、银峰饭店距兰州皇冠假日酒店（会场酒店）2.2公里，车程9分钟，会议期间安排车辆接送。

3、住宿发票均由酒店出具。

4、如有提前到达或者推后离开酒店的，请提前联系。

1.The Conference Organizing Committee has reached a service agreement with the hotel regarding accommodation fees during the conference period (April 17-20, 2026). The rate is set as follows: Crowne Plaza: CNY 450 per night (including breakfast) for both single rooms with king-size beds and twin rooms with double beds.Yinfeng Hotel River View Room：CNY 258 per night (including breakfast), Yinfeng Hotel City View Room: CNY 218 per night (including breakfast).

2. Yinfeng Hotel is approximately 2.2 kilometers from Lanzhou Crowne Plaza Hotel (Main Venue), with a driving time of approximately 9 minutes., with shuttle services arranged during the conference.

3. All accommodation invoices will be issued directly by the hotel.

4. Please contact us in advance if you need to check in early or check out late.
